Long Term Disability

Illnesses or accidents keep 1 in 5 workers out of work for at least a year during their working careers,1 and the average long term disability absence lasts 2.5 years.2 Yet, 70% of the private sector workforce has no long term disability insurance.3 When a disability occurs, Employers suffer financial burdens with direct costs and lost productivity. AlwaysCare works to reduce the impact by providing flexible plan design options, affordable rates, quick and accurate claims processing, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), and return-to-work incentives.
